Text
Thedivisionmayadoptrulestoimplementtheprovisionsofthischapter. Theadministrator
or the administrator’s designee may enter at all times upon any mine site or suspected mine
site for the purpose of determining whether the operator is or has been complying with the
provisions of this chapter. All operators shall cooperate with the division in seeking methods
of operation which will cause minimum disruption to the land and property adjoining a
mining operation.
