Text
An operator shall file with the division a periodic report for each mine site under registration.
1.The report shall make reference to the most recent registration of the mine site and
shall show:
a.The location and extent of all surface land area on the mine site affected by mining
during the period covered by the report.
b.The extent to which removal of mineral products from all or any part of the affected
lands has been completed.
2.The report shall be filed not later than twelve months after original registration of the
site and prior to the expiration of each subsequent twelve-month period. A report shall also
be filed within thirty days after completion of all mining operations at the site regardless of
