Text
A person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural or vegetable seed
subject to this chapter shall keep for a period of two years complete records of each lot of
agricultural or vegetable seed handled and shall keep for one year a file sample of each lot of
seed after final disposition of the lot. The records and samples pertaining to the shipments
involved shall be accessible for inspection by the department during the customary business
hours.
