Text
A violation of this chapter is a simple misdemeanor. The department may institute criminal
or civil proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce this chapter. When in the
performanceofthesecretary’sdutiesinenforcingthischapterthesecretaryappliestoacourt
for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from violating or continuing to
violateanyoftheprovisionsofthischapterorrulesadoptedunderthischapter, theinjunction
is to be issued without bond and the person restrained by the injunction shall pay the costs
made necessary by the procedure.
