Text
The expense for an inspection and official test of a designated animal other than for bovine
animals shall be borne by the owner. If the designated animal is a bovine animal, and the
owneragreestocomplywithandcarryouttheprovisionsofthischapterandtherulesadopted
by the department under section 164.4, the expense of the inspection and test may be borne
by the United States department of agriculture.
