Uponrequestbytheownerforadepartmentalinspectionoftheowner’sdesignatedanimals
for brucellosis, the department may designate a veterinarian to make an inspection of the
designatedanimals. Ifauthorizedbythedepartment, theveterinarianmayconductanofficial
test on the designated animals.
