If any provision of this chapter is in conflict with the requirements of section 1908 of the
United States Social Security Act codified at 42 U.S.C. §1396g, relative to a state program for
licensing of administrators of nursing homes, and except for such conflict the state would be
entitled to receive contributions from the United States for payment of assistance under the
program established pursuant to Tit. XIX of the United States Social Security Act, codified
at 42 U.S.C. §1396 – 1396g, such provision of this chapter so in conflict with said statute of
the United States shall be considered as suspended and of no effect until sixty days after the
conveningofthenextregularsessionofthegeneralassemblyaftersuchconflictisdiscovered.
