The board may issue a nursing home administrator’s license, without examination, to any
personwhoholdsacurrentlicenseasanursinghomeadministratorfromanotherjurisdiction
if reciprocal agreements are entered into with another jurisdiction under sections 147.44,
147.48, 147.49, and 147.53.
