Text
1.The department of health and human services shall contract with and recognize
the Iowa donor registry for the purpose of indicating on the donor registry all relevant
information regarding a donor’s making or amending of an anatomical gift.
2.The state department of transportation shall cooperate with a person that administers
§142C.18, REVISED UNIFORM ANATOMICAL GIFT ACT 14
the Iowa donor registry for the purpose of transferring to the donor registry all relevant
information regarding a donor’s making of an anatomical gift.
3.The department of natural resources shall cooperate with a person that administers
the Iowa donor registry for the purpose of transferring to the donor registry all relevant
information regarding a donor’s making of an anatomical gift.
