(a)This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Workers' Compensation Truth in Advertising Act of 1995." (b) The purpose of this article is to assure truthful and adequate disclosure of all material and relevant information in advertising which solicits persons to engage or consult an attorney or a medical care provider for the purpose of asserting a workers' compensation claim.
