Text

It shall be unlawful:

(1)To handle raw milk for human consumption in unclean or unsanitary places or in an unsanitary manner;
(2)To keep, store, or prepare for market any raw milk for human consumption in the same building or enclosure where any hide or fur or any cow, horse, nontraditional livestock, hog, or other livestock is kept;
(3)To handle or ship raw milk for human consumption in unclean or unsanitary vessels;
(4)To expose raw milk for human consumption to flies or to any contaminating influence likely to convey pathogenic or other injurious bacteria;
(5)To use or possess any branded or registered raw milk for human consumption can or container for any purpose other than the handling, storing, or shipping of raw milk for human consumption; provided, however, that no person oth
