Text

As used in this article, the term:

(1)"Commission" means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142 .
(2)"Trust fund" means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148 .
