Text

(a)A prosecuting attorney shall conduct delinquency proceedings on behalf of the state.
(b)Except as provided in Article 9 of this chapter, in any delinquency proceeding, the prosecuting attorney shall be entitled to complete access to all court files, probation files, hearing transcripts, delinquency reports, and any other juvenile court records. It shall be the duty of the clerk, probation and intake officer, probation officers of the juvenile court, community supervision officers, and DJJ to assist a prosecuting attorney in obtaining any requested items.
