§ 8408 — Appropriations

Delaware·Title 11·Part Law-Enforcement Administration·Ch. 84 Police Officer Standards and Training Commission

The General Assembly shall appropriate each year to the Commission through the Department of Safety and Homeland Security such funds as are necessary for the purpose of carrying out this chapter.
