§ 2010 — Preemption of conflicting provisions
Delaware·Title 10·Part Organization, Powers, Jurisdiction and Operation of Courts·Ch. 20 JUDICIAL EMERGENCY ACT
The provisions of this chapter shall preempt and supersede but not repeal any conflicting provisions of this Code or any other provision of law.
