Text
(a)The Mayor shall work with the parties in an attempt to conciliate a dispute pursuant to this chapter ; provided, that any conciliation agreement entered into shall be between the respondent and the complainant, which shall be reproduced by the Mayor as an administrative order ("CAO").
(b)If the CAO is breached, the Mayor or the complainant may enforce the CAO pursuant to § 32-1051.11 .
