§ 13-424 — Service outside the District of Columbia.
District of Columbia·Title 13 Procedure Generally. [Enacted title]·Ch. 4 Civil Jurisdiction and Service Outside the District of Columbia.·Subch. II Bases of Personal Jurisdiction over Persons Outside the District of Columbia.
When the exercise of personal jurisdiction is authorized by this subchapter, service may be made outside the District of Columbia.
