Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 3-6c, the Governor, in consultation with the authority, may enter into a memorandum of understanding with any federally recognized tribe located within the state to authorize employees of both the tribe and any tribally owned business to participate in the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program. Any such participation in the program shall be governed solely by the terms of any memorandum of understanding entered into pursuant to this section.
