Text

(a)Any person who supplies any toxic substance to an employer shall provide the following information to the employer:
(1)The generic or basic chemical name of the toxic substance;
(2)the level at which exposure to the substance is determined to be hazardous, if known;
(3)the acute and chronic effects of exposure at hazardous levels;
(4)the symptoms of such effects;
(5)appropriate emergency treatment;
(6)proper conditions for safe use and exposure to such toxic substance;
(7)procedures for cleanup of leaks and spills of such toxic substance; and (8) a label on each container of any such substance which states, in a clearly legible and conspicuous form, that a toxic substance is contained therein, except that no such label shall be required for any container of alcoholic liquor, as
