(a)Each employer shall provide information on the toxic substances which he uses or produces in the manufacture of any item, product or material, or which he uses or produces for purposes of research, experimentation or treatment, for each of his new employees, during the first month of their employment, as follows:
(1)The name of the toxic substance, including generic or chemical name;
(2)the location of toxic substances to which the employee may be exposed;
(3)the properties of toxic substances to which employees may be exposed;
(4)the acute and chronic effects of exposure at hazardous levels and the symptoms of effect of such exposure, to the extent such information is available from the manufacturer, the supplier, the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the L
