Any funds made available for expenditure for the program created pursuant to sections 31-396 to 31-402, inclusive, shall be allocated as follows:

(1)Forty-five per cent of such amount shall be allocated for grants to occupational health clinics;
(2)twenty per cent of such amount shall be allocated for grants to auxiliary occupational health clinics;
(3)fifteen per cent of such amount shall be allocated to the statistical division within the Workers' Compensation Commission;
(4)ten per cent of such amount shall be allocated to the Labor Department; and (5) ten per cent of such amount shall be allocated to the Department of Public Health, which shall include the expenses of the Occupational Health Clinics Advisory Committee.
