§ 31-3o — Duties of the Governor's Workforce Council.
The Governor's Workforce Council shall ensure that the membership of each board satisfies the representation requirements of section 31-3 l, regulations adopted by the commissioner under section 31-3n and guidance issued pursuant to section 4-124w in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
