(a)The Labor Commissioner may contract with any public or private agency for educational and job training services.
(b)The Labor Commissioner may accept and receive funds from any public or private source which become available for the purposes of this section and section 31-3d .

(c) and (d) as Subsecs. (a) and (b), effective July 7, 2021; June Sp. Sess. P.A. 21-2 made identical changes as P.A. 21-141, effective June 23, 2021.
