Text

(a)The Labor Commissioner and the Commissioners of Economic and Community Development and Administrative Services shall have the right of inspection of any such project at any time.
(b)The Labor Commissioner and the Commissioners of Economic and Community Development and Administrative Services and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management are authorized to make orders, establish guidelines and adopt regulations under the provisions of chapter 54 with respect to the implementation of this chapter.
(c)At the request of the commissioners, any agency or department of the executive branch shall advise and assist the commissioners in the implementation of this chapter.
