Text
The Workers' Compensation Commission shall maintain a record of all workers' compensation claims made by firefighters due to a cancer diagnosis. Not later than January first of each year, the Workers' Compensation Commission shall submit a report summarizing such records to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor.
