§ 31-252 — Public distribution of law, regulations and reports.

Connecticut·Title 31 Labor·Ch. 567 Unemployment Compensation
The administrator shall make available to the public, on its Internet web site, the text of this chapter, the administrator's general regulations and his annual reports to the Governor and any other material the administrator deems relevant and suitable, together with such decisions of the referees as the board considers of general interest, and shall furnish the same to any person upon application therefor.

History: P.A. 74-339 replaced unemployment commission and commissioners with board and referees; P.A. 77-614 replaced commissioner of finance and control with commissioner of administrative services; P.A. 22-67 removed requirement that the Commissioner of Administrative Services must approve printing and distribution and added requirement for administrator to make materials available on the Labor Department's Internet web site, effective May 23, 2022.
