Connecticut Statutes
§ 31-237h — Access of appeals division to records of the Employment Security Division.
The appeals division shall be permitted access to all records of the Employment Security Division necessary to the performance of the duties assigned to the board and the referees under this chapter in a manner prescribed by the appeals.
