Text
Any employer that is not subject to the provisions of this chapter and has not accepted voluntary liability under this chapter in accordance with subsection (b) of section 31-223 or subsection (g) of section 31-225 shall notify, in writing:
(1)Not later than July 1, 2006, any individual employed by such employer as of April 21, 2006, and (2) any prospective employee that such employer is not subject to the provisions of this chapter.
