Text
Any education, employment or job training program or contract in existence on June 23, 1999, that is funded under the Job Training Partnership Act shall continue in effect until the renewal period, provided such program is consistent with the provisions of the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as from time to time amended.
