(a)Not later than October 1, 2021, and annually thereafter, the Governor's Workforce Council shall make recommendations consistent with the provisions of the Connecticut workforce development plan developed by the Governor's Workforce Council pursuant to section 31-11p to the Governor concerning the appropriation of funds received for adult workforce development activities under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as amended from time to time.
