The Governor's Workforce Council established under section 31-3h is hereby recognized as the state-wide workforce development board for purposes of complying with the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as amended from time to time.

Sess. P.A. 21-2 replaced “Connecticut Employment and Training Commission” with “Governor's Workforce Council” and made a technical change, effective July 1, 2021.
