Text

(a)Funds allocated to each regional workforce development board under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as from time to time amended, shall be reserved by such board, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as from time to time amended, to fund comprehensive job training and related services or related job opportunities programs administered by eligible providers, including, but not limited to, opportunities industrialization centers and community action programs, as defined in section 17b-885, within such board's region.
(b)Funds reserved for administrative costs by a regional workforce development board shall be consistent with the provisions of Section 128(b)(4)
