Each manufacturer of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mix shall keep, in the form prescribed by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, for each frozen dessert and frozen dessert mix plant operated by him, a true and correct record showing milk and milk products received and frozen dessert and frozen dessert mix manufactured. Such record shall show, among other things, (1) as to milk products received, (A) the date of receipt, (B) the weight or volume, (C) the kind of milk product or mixture containing a milk product, (D) the percentage of milk fat contained therein and (E) the name and address of the person from whom purchased or obtained;

(2)as to frozen desserts and frozen dessert mix manufactured, (A) the date, (B) the volume, (C) the class of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mix

History: 1959 act replaced commissioner of food and drugs with commissioner of consumer protection; Sec. 19-195 transferred to Sec. 21a-49 in 1983; June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6 replaced Commissioner of Consumer Protection with Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective July 1, 2004; P.A. 04-189 repealed Sec. 146 of June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6, thereby reversing the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective June 1, 2004.
