§ 21a-422 — Construction of positive drug test for 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.

A drug test of an individual that yields a positive result solely for 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol shall not be construed, without other evidence, as proof that such individual is under the influence of or impaired by cannabis.
