Text

(a)No retailer or hybrid retailer or employee or agent of a retailer or hybrid retailer shall permit any person under twenty-one years of age to loiter on his or her premises where cannabis is kept for sale or be in any room on such premises where cannabis is consumed, unless such person is (1) an employee of the retailer or hybrid retailer, (2) in the case of hybrid retailer or employee or agent of a hybrid retailer, permitted under chapter 420f to possess or consume cannabis, or (3) accompanied by his or her parent or guardian.
(b)Any retailer or hybrid retailer or employee or agent of a retailer or hybrid retailer who violates the provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall be (1) fined not more than one thousand dollars for a first offense, and (2) guilty of a class B misdemea
