Text
Any cannabis establishment licensee or any servant or agent of a licensee who sells or delivers cannabis or cannabis paraphernalia to any person under twenty-one years of age shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. For purposes of this section, “paraphernalia” has the same meaning as provided in section 21a-420.
