Text
(a)Any person shall be twenty-one years of age or older to:
(1)Hold any cannabis establishment license issued pursuant to RERACA; or (2) be a backer or key employee of a cannabis establishment that is licensed pursuant to RERACA.
(b)Any person shall be eighteen years of age or older to (1) be an employee of a cannabis establishment that is licensed pursuant to RERACA; or (2) be employed by a cannabis establishment or a licensee pursuant to chapter 420f.
(c)All employees of a cannabis establishment shall obtain a registration and all key employees and backers of a cannabis establishment shall obtain a license from the department, on a form and in a manner prescribed by the commissioner, except for (1) delivery service or transporter employees who do not (A) engage in the transport, stor
