Text
Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, the purchase, possession, display, sale or transportation of cannabis by a cannabis establishment or employee thereof shall not be unlawful and shall not be an offense or a basis for seizure or forfeiture of assets so long as such purchase, possession, display, sale or transportation is within the scope of such person's employment or such person's license or registration and is in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to such license or registration type.
