Text

(a)No dispensary facility or employee of the dispensary facility may:
(1)Acquire marijuana from a person other than a producer from a cultivator, micro-cultivator, product manufacturer, food and beverage manufacturer, product packager, or transporter, as such terms are defined in section 21a-420;
(2)transfer or transport marijuana to a person who is not (A) a qualifying patient registered under section 21a-408d;
(B)a caregiver of such qualifying patient;
(C)a hospice or other inpatient care facility licensed by the Department of Public Health pursuant to chapter 368v that has a protocol for the handling and distribution of marijuana that has been approved by the Department of Consumer Protection;
(D)a cannabis testing laboratory;
(E)an organization engaged in a research program;
