§ 21a-405 — Regulations.

Connecticut·Title 21a Consumer Protection·Ch. 420e Home Food Service Plan Sales Act
The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to implement the provisions of sections 21a-401 to 21a-404, inclusive.

P.A. 03-6, thereby reversing the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective June 1, 2004.
