(a)When any health club is closing or transferring its place of business to another location, the health club shall:
(1)Send a written notice disclosing such closing or transfer to (A) the Department of Consumer Protection, (B) all current members (i) at least sixty days before the date of such closing or transfer, and (ii) at least twenty days, but not more than forty days, before the date of such closing or transfer, and (C) all prospective members prior to entering into any health club contract; and (2) conspicuously post, on the health club's Internet web site and premises, notices disclosing such closing or transfer.
