No person, by himself or agent, or otherwise, shall sell, expose for sale or have in his possession with intent to sell, any article which is produced by taking original packing stock or other butter, or both, melting the same so that the butter fat can be drawn off, and mixing such butter fat with skim milk, cream or other milk product, and rechurning the mixture, or by any similar process, and which is commonly known as process butter, unless he has the words “Renovated Butter” conspicuously stamped, labeled or marked, in a straight line in printed letters, not less than one-half inch in length of plain Gothic type, so that said words cannot be easily defaced, upon the top, side and bottom of every tub, firkin, box or package containing such article or compound.
