(a)Each bottler shall:
(1)Collect, on a weekly basis, a representative sample from a batch or segment of a continuous production of each type of water sold by such bottler in this state, and have such sample analyzed by an approved laboratory to determine whether such sample complies with the microbiological standards set forth in 21 CFR 165.110; and (2) Collect, not less than once annually, a representative sample from a batch or segment of a continuous production of each type of bottled water sold by such bottler in this state, and have such sample analyzed by an approved laboratory to determine whether such sample complies with the chemical, inorganic, organic, physical and radiological standards set forth in regulations adopted by the Department of Public Health pursuant to section 1
