§ 33-60-110 — Exemption from taxation
Any bonds issued by the trust fund
board and the transfer of and the income from any bonds issued by the trust fund
board are exempt from all taxation and assessments in the state. In the resolution
authorizing the bonds, the trust fund board may waive the exemption from federal
income taxation for interest on the bonds.
