§ 33-1-117 — Assent of state to Pittman-Robertson act
The state of Colorado
through the division assents to the provisions of the act of congress entitled An
Act to provide that the United States shall aid the states in wildlife restoration
projects, and for other purposes., approved September 2, 1937, and as amended.
The division is authorized to perform such acts as may be necessary to conduct and
establish cooperative wildlife restoration projects, as defined in such act, in
compliance with such act and the rules and regulations promulgated by the
secretary of the interior thereunder. No moneys or funds accruing to the division
pursuant to such act shall be used for any purpose other than for such projects and
the administration of the division, but the division may pay into the general fund as
a part of its administrative costs
