Text

Every hearing provided for in articles 1 to 6 of this title to be conducted by the commission or the division shall, except as provided in sections 33-4-101 and 33-6-106, be conducted by such agency or an administrative law judge designated by such agency pursuant to part 10 of article 30 of title 24, C.R.S., subject to appropriations for such administrative law judges made to the department of personnel, and every hearing shall comply with the provisions of articles 1 to 6 of this title and the provisions of article 4 of title 24, C.R.S.
