§ 33-1-108 — Rule-making procedure - judicial notice of rules

(1) Rule-making
procedures shall be as prescribed in article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., except as otherwise
provided in articles 1 to 6 of this title. Notice of rules and regulations may also be
given such other publicity as the commission may deem desirable.

(2) A certified copy, which may be certified by the director or his designee, of
any rule, regulation, or order of the commission shall be prima facie evidence in any
court of this state. A printed copy of any rule or regulation purporting or proved to
have been adopted and published by the authority of the commission or as
published in the code of Colorado regulations in accordance with the provisions of
section 24-4-103, C.R.S., is presumptive evidence of such rule or regulation and of
its adoption.

(3) All rules, regulations, and orders of the commission, lawfully adopted and
in force on December 31, 1984, shall continue to be effective until revised,
amended, repealed, or nullified, or until they have expired, pursuant to law.
