Text
Within thirty days after the receipt of any
plans submitted to it, the commission shall notify the applicant if the planned
construction or project will adversely affect the stream involved. If an applicant is
notified that the planned construction will adversely affect any stream involved, the
commission shall accompany such notice with recommendations or alternative
plans which will eliminate or diminish such adverse effect.
