§ 33-4-119 — Mobility-impaired hunters
(1)The commission is authorized to
establish a special licensing program for mobility-impaired hunters.
(2)The commission is authorized to adopt appropriate rules that define
mobility-impaired and establish a hunting license preference for the mobility-impaired.
