§ 33-33-113 — Legislative review - termination
(1)The council terminates on
September 1, 2034, unless the general assembly votes to renew the legislative
mandate of this article 33. Absent a vote to renew the legislative mandate of this
article 33, the council shall cease all operations within a twelve-month period after
September 1, 2034.
(2)Prior to the termination, the department of regulatory agencies shall
review the advisory committee as provided for in section 2-3-1203.
